Special menus or interactive features

If your site needs a customizable menu, a build-your-own or ordering flow, booking steps, or any unique click-through experience, describe how it should work. If a site you have seen does it well, name it. Advanced features like online ordering, booking, or a live menu system may require the Premium plan, so asking for one can decide which plans are open to you at launch.

The owner and the story

Your name as it should appear on the site and a few lines about how the business came to be. If you would rather write it yourself, paste it in and tell us you want your wording kept.

How should the site show the people?

Some businesses want the whole team on the page, each with a photo and a line or two. Others want a single paragraph and maybe one photo. Both look great done well; pick what fits how you want customers to meet you.

What do customers always ask?

The questions you answer on the phone every week, with your usual answers. They become the site's FAQ, and an FAQ section is genuinely good for search: plain questions and plain answers are exactly what Google and the AI assistants quote. If you would rather not have one on the site, that is fine too.

The part that has to be right before anything moves. Never send us passwords, in this form or by email.

Does your email run on this domain?

Meaning an address like you@yourbusiness.com. This is critical before we move nameservers, because getting it wrong stops your mail. If you are not sure, say not sure and we will check for you.

Preferred domain names

If you do not own one yet: three names in order of preference. We register the first one available in your name.

Current hosting or site builder

Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy Website Builder, an old developer, anything you are paying for now. Wait until your new site is live before cancelling anything.

How it should look, and what we are allowed to claim on your behalf.

The logo at the top of your demo

Every demo wears a logo designed for it. Owning that design outright is a one-time $200: the finished files arrive at launch, print-ready and web-ready, for signs, cups, and social pages. A different custom design is the same one-time $200, and the box that opens lets you tell us what you have in mind. The free typography logo is a clean, modern mark built from your business name; it takes the logo’s place on your site at no charge. If you already have your own logo, pick the first option and upload it with your files below. Both paid options work like everything else here: we design first, you see it on your site, and the $200 is added only if your finished site launches with it.
