Privacy Policy
This page explains what NH Media LLC collects through nhmediaweb.com and through the websites we build and operate for clients, why we collect it, and who else is involved in handling it.
1. The short version
We collect the information you deliberately send us, plus the standard technical data any website receives. We use it to reply to you and to run the service. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
2. Information you send us
When you submit a form on this site or write to us by email, we receive what you chose to include: typically your name, your business name, your email address, an optional phone number, an optional link to a current website or social page, and your message. The project intake form, which opens from a link we email, collects the fuller set of business details and files needed to build your site. We use that information only to respond to you and to build what you asked for.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our own business inbox. They are not added to a marketing list, and we do not run automated follow-up sequences.
Alongside what you typed, a submission also carries the technical details described in section 5, specifically your IP address, the country your connection reports, your browser's user agent, and the page you submitted from. We keep those with the message so we can tell a real enquiry from automated spam, and for no other purpose.
3. Client account information
If you become a client, we hold the information needed to provide the Services: business contact details, the content, files, and materials you supply or upload for your website (uploads are stored in our private storage until used for the build), access details you choose to share for accounts such as a domain registrar, Google Business Profile, or Apple Business Connect, and a record of your subscription status and support correspondence.
We use access credentials only to perform the work you asked for. You may revoke that access at any time, and we ask you to do so when Services end.
4. Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages. NH Media does not receive, handle, or store your full payment card number. From Stripe we receive the information needed to run the account, such as your billing name, billing email, billing address, the last four digits and brand of the card, invoice history, and payment status. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Technical data from website visits
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, the hosting and security layer processes standard technical data when a page is requested, including IP address, user agent, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, and performance and security information. This data is used to serve pages, block abuse, and diagnose problems. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising tags, session recording, heat-mapping, or social tracking pixels on nhmediaweb.com. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.
6. Cookies
nhmediaweb.com does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against automated abuse. Fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, so visiting this site does not send a request to a font provider or a content delivery network.
7. Websites we operate for clients
When we build and host a website for a client, the client is the owner of the information collected through that site, such as contact-form submissions, booking requests, and inquiries. NH Media processes that information on the client's behalf in order to operate the site and deliver those messages.
We do not sell, rent, mine, or reuse a client's customer data. If a client's site uses a third-party service the client chose, such as a booking platform, an ordering provider, an analytics tool, or a payment processor, that service handles data under its own terms, and the client's own privacy policy should describe it.
8. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to deliver the Services. They process data only as needed to perform their function. These currently include a hosting and content delivery provider, an email delivery and mailbox provider, and a payment processor. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
9. How long we keep information
Inquiry emails and contact-form messages are kept while they are useful for correspondence and business records, and are deleted on request unless we are required to keep them. Client account records, invoices, and tax documents are kept for the periods required by law and reasonable business practice. Files uploaded for a build are kept in private storage while the account is active and handled per the cancellation terms afterward. Hosting and security logs are retained for a short period by our provider under its own retention schedule.
10. How we protect information
Traffic to this site and to sites we operate is encrypted with HTTPS. We use security headers, keep access limited to the people who need it, and use strong authentication on the accounts that matter. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you promptly and plainly.
11. Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nhmediaweb.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deletion requests are honored except where we must keep a record for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Marketing communications
We do not run a marketing mailing list. If we ever start one, it will be opt-in only, with a working unsubscribe link in every message. Ordinary service email to active clients, such as billing notices and change notifications, is part of providing the Services.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated by email to the address on the account.
15. Contact
For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests, contact hello@nhmediaweb.com. NH Media Web is a service of NH Media LLC.
