Questions

Is there a setup fee or a build fee?

No. The demo, the full build, and every revision round before you approve the finished site all cost nothing. The first payment is the checkout you complete after approving it, and it is simply the first month of service.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If you are a new client and decide within 14 days of your site going live that this is not for you, you get a full refund of everything you have paid, no questions asked. The 14 days count from the day your site is live, not the day you paid. After that, billing is simply month to month: cancel any time and service runs through the period you already paid for.

Do you do SEO? Will my site come up on Google?

Yes, on every plan. Every site we build ships optimized for search engines and AI assistants from day one: real page titles and descriptions, business schema in the format Google parses, a clean sitemap, and pages written so both people and AI can read and quote them. Growth and Premium add ongoing work on top: local SEO worked every month, your business listings managed on Google, Apple Maps, and Bing, and deeper AI search readiness. Our on-page work follows the guidance search engines publish themselves. We do not sell link building or digital PR campaigns; much of what is sold under those names violates Google's spam policies, and we stay away from it. Nobody can honestly promise you a ranking, but the optimization itself is not an add-on here; it is how we build.

Which plan does my business need?

Essential fits a business that needs a complete, professional site of up to five pages that stays current. Growth is for being found: it adds pages as your business grows, plus local SEO, business-listing care on Google, Apple Maps, and Bing, and monthly content work. Premium is for sites with real machinery: online ordering and menus, booking, custom forms, and deeper integrations genuinely need it. And you never have to work this out yourself: when we build your demo, we tell you plainly which plan your business needs, and we say so just as plainly when the cheaper one is enough.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Service runs through the end of the period you already paid for, then the site comes down. Your domain stays in your name, so you can point it wherever you want next. Everything you gave us, your photos, your text, your logo, stays yours, and we send it back on request within 30 days of the end of service. The site's design and code are ours and do not leave with you. There is no cancellation fee.

Do I own the website code?

No. We own and operate the code and design while you subscribe, and source files are not delivered. Your domain, your branding, and your photos remain yours the entire time and leave with you.

How many edits are included each month?

Essential covers small monthly edits such as hours, prices, photos, and short text changes. Growth adds monthly content updates like new pages and seasonal rewrites. Premium adds same-week turnaround. Larger projects such as a full redesign or a new booking system are quoted separately before any work starts.

Do I need professional photos?

No. We design the site to look right with the photos you already have, and phone photos usually work well. Send new ones any time and we will add them as part of your plan's edits.

Can you design us a logo?

Yes. Logo design is a one-time $200, plus applicable sales tax, added to your first payment. You get the finished mark as a full file set at launch, print-ready and web-ready, and the logo is yours on payment: signs, cups, social pages, anywhere, including after you leave. If you would rather not buy one, nothing suffers: we design a simple, modern typography logo from your business name instead, and your site uses it at no charge.

How does the domain name work?

You register the domain yourself, in your own name at a registrar, following our step-by-step guide, so it belongs to you from day one and never passes through our hands. The registration fee, about $12 to $20 per year at the registrar, is the only cost beside your plan. If you already have a domain, we point it at your new site and nothing about your ownership changes.

Are there any other costs?

Only if you choose them. A booking platform or an ordering provider bills you directly for their subscription, and we connect it to your site. Logo design, if you want it, is the one-time $200 described above. Beyond the domain registration, there is nothing else.

Can you get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do is optimize for it deliberately: we write pages AI assistants can read and quote, mark your business details up in the exact format they parse, keep your Google Business Profile and your Bing listing complete and current, and shape your content to answer the questions people actually ask. Those are the sources AI answers are built from, and we build yours for them on purpose.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, in either direction, and the change takes effect on your next billing date. Moving up starts the additional work right away. Moving down keeps the site live with the smaller scope of service.

More detail lives on the policies page. Client service questions go to support@nhmediaweb.com.
